Denise Ann Cuper (Behn)

Denise Ann Cuper (Behn), 64 of Aurora, passed away Monday, May 27, 2024. Denise was born on August 19, 1959, in Oneida County, to Albert and Mary (Ahlborn) Behn. She was a 1977 graduate of Aurora High School. Denise worked as a long-time bus driver for Kenston School District. She was an active volunteer in her community, including Road-E-O, 4-H and Girl Scouts. She loved children, her family, and being on her family farm in Wisconsin. Along with her parents, Denise was preceded in death by her siblings, Duane, David, and Doreen Behn. She is survived by her husband Mike; brother Douglas Behn; children Cary Romberger, Michael Cuper III, and Stephanie Cuper; grandchildren Ivy, Michael IV, Mace, Makenzie, and Joel; Godson Lucas Behn, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may gather for a graveside service at Minocqua Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 27. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Ahlborn Family Farm Trust, P.O. Box 1341, Minocqua, WI 54548.
