John D. DeBoer, age 90, of Arbor Vitae, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021, at Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk. John was born in Waukegan, Ill., on July 21, 1930, to the late John and Margaret (Nielsen) DeBoer. He was married to Jean Kenyon on Oct. 28, 1950; she passed away on May 14, 2009.
