Ross M. Dalbey Jr. 97, of Sarasota, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 at Bendersons Skilled Nursing facility in Sarasota, Fla., from natural causes. Ross was born on Feb. 18, 1923 in Fort Dodge, Iowa the son of Ross Sr. and Hazel Dalbey. He grew up in Des Moines, Iowa.
