A rotation change sparked the Lakeland Union High School volleyball team to victory, setting them up for a conference showdown tonight in Minocqua. The Thunderbirds beat Merrill 3-1 (25-14, 17-25, 25-19, 25-15) on Thursday in Merrill. It was the inaugural matchup between the two teams as Great Northern Conference foes.
