Two men are in the Oneida County Jail following an incident that involved a car chase on June 15. Brandon James Lisner, 40, Minocqua and Michael Andrew Young, 49, St. Germain, were in a vehicle that Minocqua police chief Dave Jaeger said was at the Minocqua Kwik-Trip when Woodruff police chief Cory Backhaus made contact.
