Marilyn Kuehl


Marilyn Kuehl, age 89 of Lake Tomahawk, died on Thursday, Jan. 7 at her residence. Marilyn was born on Aug. 11, 1931 in Rhinelander, the daughter of Frank and Ethel (nee Getchell) Tank. 
She was the past owner of the Shamrock Bar and Korner Drive In in Lake Tomahawk. She loved babysitting, knitting, watching the Packers, feeding the birds, all her pets and going out to eat.
She is survived by her children Bruce (Julie) Kuehl, Kelly (Ed) Kuehl-Brown, Craig (Laura) Kuehl and Michelle Komarek and by her grandchildren Megan Kuehl, Clay Kuehl, Kendra Kuehl, Briana Spencer, Bryce Kuehl and Blake Kuehl and by great-grandchildren Devin Tietz, Juniper Spencer, Holly Spencer and Sirel Kuehl and by many nieces and nephews.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Ethel Tank and by her brother Frank Tank and sister Shirley Tank Drossart.
Cremation took place and Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
