James “Jim” “Wizzy” Wiznerowicz
Jim was born on Sept. 29, 1959 in South Milwaukee to Jerome and Rita Wiznerowicz (Corren). He was united in marriage to Luanne Frisbie on June 11, 1983 in Minocqua.
Jim graduated from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua. He was a long-time carpenter and contractor in the construction industry, where he excelled with his God given talents — he loved a construction challenge. Snowmobiling was Jim’s passion, he loved being out on the trails.
Those Jim leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 37 years, Luanne; his close knit family of three sisters, Patty (Gary) Robinson, Ann (Ed) Smith, and Jill (Jay) Athey; one brother, David (Michele Weckworth) Wiznerowicz; and two nieces, Nicky (Brad) Young and Amber (Andy Hernandez) Thrall.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
At Jim’s request no services will be held.
Jim’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Kathy Hospice for the loving care they provided.
