Jeffry Alan Zarosi
Jeff was born on April 22, 1955 in Fort Monmouth, N.J., to Robert and Gerry Zarosi. He attended Saint John’s University and the University of Illinois. He spent many years in the hospitality business.
Jeff was a master cook in the kitchen and owned his own restaurant for several years. He also loved spending time with his son, Michael, of whom he was so proud of. He loved to impart important life lessons as they hiked and explored, most recently, in the mountains near Lake Tahoe. Jeff spent many years in Minocqua, while raising his son. He was known for his quick wit and compassionate spirit.
Jeff’s spirit is carried on by his son Michael Zarosi of Reno, Nevada; his parents Robert and Gerry Zarosi of Barrington, Ill.; his sister Jodi Zarosi of Boca Raton, Fla.; and many, many friends.
Jeff wished there to be no funeral or memorial service. We kindly ask you keep Jeff and his family in your prayers. Memorials in Jeff’s name may be sent in care of Michael Zarosi, 2396 Crestone Drive, Reno, NV 89523.
