Battle of undefeated teams: Northland Pines scores twice late to top Lakeland

Two soccer teams came to Eagle River undefeated on the season. When the dust settled, the Lakeland boys’ soccer team lost its first Great Northern Conference game for the first time in three years. Northland Pines beat the Thunderbirds 3-2 on Tuesday at Sam Larsen Memorial Field in Eagle River.
