Glyn Alyn “Bud” Roberts

Glyn Alyn Roberts was born in Kenosha, to Glyn and Marie (Cramer) Roberts. He had no siblings. Upon high school graduation in 1947, Bud moved permanently to Arbor Vitae where his parents had purchased Blue Island Resort in 1944. Soon after, Art Oehmcke of the Wisconsin conservation department in Woodruff hired him to work at the Woodruff fish hatchery.
