Minocqua 89ers drop fifth game of the summer
The Minocqua Post 89 American Legion baseball team’s contest against Medford was a tale of two games. Medford beat the 89ers 11-1 Monday at the Minocqua Park Complex. Medford held a slim 2-1 lead after five innings. Then, Medford scored a combined nine runs in the sixth and seventh innings to win with ease.
