Babe Ruth Prep topped by Phillips
The Lakeland Babe Ruth Prep League baseball team lost to Phillips in a Monday night matchup at Minocqua Park Complex on July 6. The team’s lone run came in the bottom of the third inning when Jayce Nielsen crossed home after reaching on a walk. They surrendered 26 runs to the Loggers in the five-inning game.
