Lakeland volleyball gets No. 6 seed for next week’s playoffs
The Lakeland volleyball team may not have gotten all the results they wanted to at last weekend’s conference tournament, but they still made a little program history. The Thunderbirds went 2-1 and finished in third place at the inaugural Great Northern Conference tournament on Saturday in Eagle River. Lakeland beat Antigo in three sets, fell to Medford in four sets and beat Merrill in four sets.
