Thunderbirds sweep season series from Medford for first time since 2018
A walk-off home run gave the Lakeland baseball team a season series sweep over Medford for the first time since 2018. The Thunderbirds beat Medford 8-6 in Minocqua on Monday. Benny Gahler hit a homer to left field to win the game for Lakeland.
