A good start for Thunderbird golf
Thunderbirds win first two conference tournaments
In a competitive two days of conference golf, the Thunderbirds pulled out two victories. The Thunderbirds won the first Great Northern Conference Meet with a score of 331 at Indianhead Golf Course on Thursday in Mosinee. Lakeland then won the second GNC Meet at Inshalla Country Club in Tomahawk on Friday. The Thunderbirds shot a 312 to beat Rhinelander by three strokes.
