The Rhinelander Curling Club men’s team missed out on a chance to the national tournament last year. This year, they advanced in dramatic fashion. Rhinelander beat the La Crosse Curling Club men’s team 2-1 in a best-of-three playdown at the Eau Claire Curling Club March 22-23. Rhinelander punched their tickets to the Men’s and Women’s Arena Club National Championships held in Las Vegas in October.
