Sowinski invested as circuit court judge
Mary M. Sowinski was formally invested Friday as the first woman elected to serve as a circuit court judge in Oneida County. While the milestone was certainly noteworthy, Sowinski stressed that her judicial investiture ceremony was a celebration of the community that nurtured her.
