Gerald “Mac” McNamara

Mr. Gerald “Mac” McNamara, 84, a resident of St. Germain, died on Monday October 31, 2022 at Marshfield Medical Center. He was born February 8, 1938 in Milwaukee, to Francis and Ruth McNamara. Mac was a member of the US Naval Reserve. He was a pioneer in the field of modern day taxidermy. Mac started practicing the art of taxidermy in the early 1960s. He received a bachelor of science degree from Carroll College in Waukesha, and was also a graduate of the J.W Elwood School of Taxidermy.
