Preliminary hearing in Punzel case July 8

A preliminary hearing in the case of a former Minocqua police officer charged with perjury and misconduct in office is scheduled for 2 p.m. July 8 before Oneida County circuit judge Mike Bloom. At that time, special prosecutor Catharine White, an assistant district attorney in Shawano County, will have to present sufficient evidence to show there’s probable cause that Kaleb J. Punzel committed a felony.
