LUHS boys’ youth basketball traveling team information
The 2024-2025 traveling team season for fifth through eighth graders will soon be upon us. This is a wonderful opportunity for our youth to have fun and to continue in their development as players and teammates through competition. Players hoping to participate in basketball at the high school level are strongly encouraged to participate in this program on an annual basis. Our expectation as a program is that coaches, parents and players represent the Lakeland Union High School (LUHS) District and our program in a manner that we can all be proud of.
Each team will participate in five to six tournaments during January through March with the home tournament at LUHS on Saturday, Feb. 22. The cost per player this season will be $75 and will be collected as part of the online registration. Coaches, who are volunteering their services, will be in touch with you as registrations are collected. Practices will occur two-three times per week over the course of the season starting in December.
Registration ends Monday, Nov. 25: https://lakelandboysyouthbasketball.sportngin.com/.
Select ‘Registrations’ / Traveling Team Registrations.
Please reach out to Matt Meade at (715) 892-9393 if you have more questions about the program.

• Fifth grade — coach Matt Karch
