Sandra Jean Kazubowski (nee Berg), 81, of Delavan and formerly of Cudahy, Milwaukee and Lake Tomahawk, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, at her residence in Delavan while surrounded by family.
Sandra was born on December 12, 1941, to the late Lorene Iris (nee Stong) and Howard Victor Berg. On June 4, 1960, she was united in marriage to Myron Kazubowski in Milwaukee, the couple had five children together.
Survived by her children, Debbie (Rob) Kessel and Kari (Nick Mancini) Kazubowski; grandchildren Jennifer (Doug), Stephanie (Luke), Eden (Josh), Alex and Vincent; great-grandchildren Jayden, Caleb and Nolan, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorene Christensen and Howard Berg, stepfather John Christensen, stepmother Arlene Berg, and children Tom, Colleen, and Terry Kazubowski.
Sandra touched many lives throughout her years. Her compassion for others is evident in the outpouring of condolences the family has already received. Cooking meals, especially cultural family ones passed down through the generations, was one of the many ways she shared her love. Canning and gardening were among many of her talents. Most important to Sandy was her children, grandchildren, family and lifelong friends, but above all, the love of her life, Myron.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date by the Kazubowski family at the Delavan Arboretum.
Lazarczyk Family Funeral homes of Delavan is proudly serving the family.
