Carol Lester, 85, passed away on January 9, 2023, at her home. She was born June 7, 1937, in Chicago, to Frances and Edward Brunclik. She married the love of her life James Lester on May 24, 1958. Carol worked at AV-W grade school as a cook for many years. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brother Edward Brunclik; mother-in-law Ellen Lester. She is survived by her loving husband James; children, James (Cheryl) Lester, Kathy (Steve) Finucane, Steven (Faith) Lester, Suzanne (Robert) Raichle, Deborah Moore, Barbara Allen; grandchildren, Courtney Pierce, Amanda Finucane, Michelle Niska, Laura Finucane, Steven Lester, Joshua Lester, Jessica Raichle, Christopher Raichle, Nathaniel Elrod, Brittany Allen, Zachary Allen, Leland Valliere and 15 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers Carol would love for you to hug your loved ones, be kind and make the world wonderful.
