Richard “Dick” Peck
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence “Larry” Peck and Betsy Peck.
Dick is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara, brother, Tom (Millie), 16 cousins, stepdaughter, Kelly (Chelsea), stepson, Jason (Tammy), and his beloved four-legged boy, Zach.
Dick loved his family and all his lifetime friends, especially one he’d been friends with since first grade.
Dick was a kind man with a huge heart, he was my best friend and soulmate for over fifty years. He loved the northwood’s, especially the falls. He also enjoyed being on the lakes, but they never compared to his love of the ocean and California. We wanted to go back to California someday, but we ran out of time. Dick loved music and spent a lot of time in the last few years listening to David Crosby, Dick’s favorite.
I have many memories to cherish forever. Even though I can’t see him or talk to him, he’s always with me and will live in my heart forever. I’m sorry you had to suffer so much, but now you can rest in peace until we meet again. I will always love you and I will never forget all the wonderful years we had together. Rest in Peace My Love … Babs.
I’d also like to thank Compassus at Home Hospice for all the care and love they gave Dick. Special thanks to the nurses, aids, and volunteers. I am forever grateful and will hold you in my heart forever. Thank you.
