She graduated from Camden Catholic High School.
Barbara married Robert Alan Pannapacker on February 13, 1960, he preceded her in death on December 31, 2019.
Barbara worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She enjoyed gardening, reading, genealogy and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Barbara Lynn (Tim) Phillips and her beloved grandchildren, Mary, Charlie and Thomas Phillips and by her sister, Trudy Rieck Pannapacker and by her nephew, William Pannapacker III and niece, Noreen Rieck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and her parents and daughter, Susan Alane Pannapacker and by her brother, Karl Rieck Jr and by her brother-in-law, William Pannapacker Jr.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 14 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff with a visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at Northwoods National Cemetery in Harshaw.
