Illinois man arrested in town of Washington for allegedly beating his mother

William Hazel, 37, faces charges of battery to an elder person, a Class H felony

Hoffman Estates, Ill., resident William Hazel is facing charges of battery to an elder person after the Vilas County Sheriff”s Office arrested him in the town of Washington on Sept. 18 for allegedly beating his 66-year-old mother.
