Preparations underway for Beef-A-Rama

Visitors can expect a full itinerary for the 61st annual festival

Downtown Minocqua will be shut down by thousands of visitors eager to enjoy the 61st annual Beef-A-Rama, the iconic festival centered around slow-roasted beef, on Sept. 26. Diana Langg, who is in charge of the Beef-A-Rama judges, said people attending the festival should expect to arrive hungry.
