New state electrical mandate makes for some sparks at Newbold town board meeting

A Sept. 1 update in Wisconsin’s electrical code prompted a passionate response in Newbold’s regular town board meeting Sept. 10. “I would like to push back against the state on this. This is not acceptable,” asserted town supervisor Brad White, a utility designer for Wisconsin Public Service. “The extremity of this is enormous. This is stupid.”
