At a special town meeting of the electors on Sept. 10, the town of Boulder Junction decided to retain and reinvest surplus funds of over $700,000 left over from the town’s broadband project. Boulder Junction resident Scott Weber was the first person to put forward a motion on what to do with the leftover money.
