Toney pledges to steer clear of politics and keep promises if elected state attorney general

Fond du Lac DA prepares to go head-to-head with Kaul once more

Conservative candidate Eric Toney stopped by The Lakeland Times during his campaign to be the state’s next attorney general. Toney, who has served as Fond du Lac County’s district attorney since 2013, is running for the state’s top cop job once again after being defeated by Josh Kaul in the general election four years ago by less than 2 percent of the vote.
