Rhinelander man arrested for intoxicated possession of a firearm
A 40 year-old Rhinelander man has been charged with possession of a firearm while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Lucas Rougeau was also formally charged in Oneida County court with two other Class A misdemeanors, resisting an officer and battery tied in to domestic abuse. The charges stem from an incident in the town of Stella on the early evening of Nov. 1.
