Neighbor shares her friend’s stories of World War II Germany
A 100th birthday party was held for Hermine Zink at Milestone Senior Living Woodruff on Monday, Feb. 23. Zink, a German immigrant, had lived what some would consider multiple lifetimes before settling in the Northwoods and calling the area home the last 20-plus years.
