Matching grant received
Sayner and surrounding communities have rallied around the little white church to raise nearly $146,000 of its $180,000 goal. Earlier this month, board president Shane Zaruba received word the Walter Alexander Foundation would match the remaining funds needed dollar for dollar up to $17,500.
