Jacob Kozisek

Our beloved Jacob Kozisek has departed the physical world on July 21, 2026 from his home island of Minocqua, but his spirit remains among us. He was preceded in death by his father Dr. John Kozisek. He left behind a multitude of family and friends. He greatly valued being part of the Min-Aqua Bats family. He was a kind, reliable and thoughtful person who wanted only to contribute at all times. He was an exceptional optometrist who is dearly missed by his colleagues and patients.
