Janet Bailey

Janet Bailey, 93, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026, at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff. Janet was born on March 5, 1932, at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan, Ill., to Carl and Emma Hartmann. A proud graduate of Waukegan Township High School’s Class of 1949, she carried those hometown roots with her throughout her life.
