Dan Reuland bids farwell to his lifelong catering career

For almost his entire life, Dan Reuland has worked in the restaurant and catering industry. From growing up working at his family’s delicatessen in Aurora, Illinois, to running his own catering business for the past 30 years in the Northwoods, Reuland has decided that it’s time to step away and retire.
