District 18’s vanishing act ends: Houdini sworn in as Vilas County supervisor
It’s been just under a year since the district 18 seat on the Vilas County board wasn’t vacant. The district covers wards 4 and 5 in the city of Eagle River, the fifth ward in nearby Lincoln and the last person who was in that seat on the county board was Joe Laux, who was elected in April of 2024.
