Discussion regarding a possible wake boat ordinance in the town of Arbor Vitae was a highlight of the town board’s Sept. 17 meeting. A presentation from the Big Arbor Vitae Lake Association (BAVLA) about a wake boat ordinance was on the meeting agenda but whatever presentations concerning an ordinance took place during the public comment portion of the meeting.
