A moose sighting in Hazelhurst went viral on social media last week, prompting Wisconsin residents to ask questions about the species’ presence in the Badger State. A moose cow was spotted in eastern Hazelhurst on Oct. 21 at about 5 p.m. by a resident who requested to remain anonymous.
