O’Connell bids farewell, Raddatz tabbed as new Minocqua library director
The Minocqua Public Library had a change in leadership recently after library director Peggy O’Connell retired on June 30 and assistant library director Kelly Raddatz was promoted on July 1. O’Connell started part-time at the library roughly 15 years ago. From there, she transitioned to a full-time outreach coordinator before becoming director the last six years.
