Join Northwoods Land Trust and Trees For Tomorrow in exploring winter lake ecology. This free event will be held on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at Trees For Tomorrow. After an indoor introduction, we will venture out on frozen Silver Lake to collect physical data on the lake including ice thickness, water depth, lake temperature, dissolved oxygen and clarity.
