Eagle River boy raises money for sheriff’s K-9
An Eagle River boy took it upon himself last summer to raise some money for a cause. The cause was Helo, the nearly nine-year-old Belgian Malinois K-9 with the Vilas County Sheriff’s Office and eight-year-old Jackson Favorite’s efforts to raise over $1,000 earned him a Citizen Commendation Award from the Vilas County Sheriff’s Office.
