Representatives of the Lakeland area consortium attended an April 10 meeting at Lakeland Union High School (LUHS) where a $55,000 check was presented to Adam Nowak, Project AWARE mental health coordinator for the consortium, to assist student mental health services within the five Lakeland area school districts.
