Chef Yazzie to present on indigenous food sovereignty
Nicolet College Arts & Enrichment will host Chef Brian Yazzie on March 26 at 6:30 p.m. at the Nicolet College Theatre. His presentation “Cooking in Two Worlds” will feature the intersection between food and culture, highlighting the contemporary cuisine of Indigenous flavors with a sampling of food and conversation on decolonization through food sovereignty, organizers said in a press release.
