Minocqua Winter Park celebrates 45th anniversary
Minocqua Winter Park’s (MWP) 45th Anniversary Celebration brought 117 guests out on Saturday, Dec. 14. MWP officially opened Dec. 15, 1979 as a full service cross country ski center, managed by the town of Minocqua and operated by the Lakeland XC Ski Club. The ski club was formed in January, 1973.
