The Cassian town board met in regular session Monday and town chair Patty Francoeur provided an update on the plans for an adolescent recovery and wellness center (ARWC) that the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. (GLITC) plans to build on land it purchased on North Pine Square Road.
