Directed by John Ford and released in 1962, “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” was produced by Paramount Pictures and was based on the short story of the same name by Dorothy M. Johnson. The cast features John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, Lee Marvin, Vera Miles, Woody Strode and Edmond O’Brien.
