LUHS board contemplates complex upgrades

Referendum seems likely; Smudde says upgrades are a need not want

When Lakeland Union High School’s (LUHS) board of education decided to have committee of the whole meetings last year, the purpose was to have the ability to discuss one or two topics in depth with no expectation or pressure in having to make any immediate decisions.
