Ann Kipper accepts role as Administrator for the Division of External Services for the DNR

Rhinelander native Ann Kipper was recently appointed by Governor Tony Evers as the Division Administrator of External Services for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Kipper’s career started out in private consulting firms, which eventually led her to a position with the Department of Transportation (DOT), and ultimately to the DNR. Kipper now works as one of only two female division administrators for the department. She is headquartered in Rhinelander, which is where she first fell in love with the outdoors.
