Movie Review: ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’ brought back cartoons

Every once in a while, every single element of a movie comes together to make something extraordinary. That was the case for “Who Framed Roger Rabbit.” “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” came out June 22, 1988 and features Bob Hoskins, Stubby Kaye, Christoper Lloyd, Joanna Cassidy and the voices of Charles Fleischer, Kathleen Turner, Lou Hirsch, Mel Blanc, Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor.
