A 36-year-old Rhinelander man has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for child sex trafficking. United States District Court Judge William C. Griesbach handed down the sentence Wednesday afternoon, five months after Paul S. Osterman entered a guilty plea to one count of “sex trafficking of a child under the age of 14 years old.”
